fat

I'm going to be 39 next month and my thighs are more like a 60 year old's. They are cellulitey on the front and at the knees and even my arms have dimples. It's disgusting. I know that arms are pretty quickly improved so I'm less worried about that, even tho I have tennis elbow which will prolly get in the way. Whatever.

I know that diet will have to play a part but one thing at a time. I need to continue to do the canyon four times per week and add in three days of weights - two legs days and one upper body day. I should also try and do a few days of 30 minute cardio sessions in the evening, on the same days I do the canyon, to really help tighten my ass up. Going tonight to my first gym date of the year.

I'm actually really looking forward to it!

Time to pay bills....
